Homemade chicken noodle soup. This, my dear friends, is our first attempt at a take on the classic noodle and chicken soup.
So how’d we do it?
Lots of water and some broth cubes.
1 can of peas and carrots. (Jenny? Forrest?)
1 big old’ chicken breast.
1 can of diced potatoes.
A hearty helping of spaghetti noodles - chopped in thirds.
Cook/boil/fry the chicken. Get your cubes in some water. Add yo’ peas and carrots. (Jenny? Forrest?) Add yo’ pasta and let er’ rip! Turns out Mr. Campbell isn’t the only soup chef in town.
Tonight’s soup de soup will be paired with a lovely homemade turkey and ham sandwich with mozzerella cheese on a fresh olive oil bread.
Damn we fancy.
